All clients must answer a few health screening questions prior to their arrival for their appointment. It is imperative that you inform us if you have been advised to self-isolate, or quarantine by a doctor or local public health official within the last 14 days. Additionally, have you recently experienced any cold or flu-like symptoms such as fever, cough, shortness of breath, or other respiratory problems? Lastly, have you come in close contact with or cared for someone who has been diagnosed with COVID-19 within the last 14 days? Your full cooperation in answering these questions is absolutely necessary.
Face masks are not required, but optional at this time however we encourage all clients and customers who have not been vaccinated to wear one on the premises. Face masks are available at the front counter, if you would like to wear one.
Please be advised that if you have a compromised immune system and require our staff to wear masks, it is imperative that you inform us prior to your arrival. We take the health and safety of our clients very seriously and will gladly accommodate your request.
Our staff is committed to maintaining high levels of hygiene by washing their hands before and after every appointment. Additionally, we have provided hand sanitizer at the front counter, waiting area, and massage rooms for your convenience and safety.
All sheets, cradle covers, massage tables and surfaces are washed, sanitized, and disinfected between each appointment and regularly cleaned throughout the day.
There is a 15 to 30-minute turnover between each appointment to allow us to perform necessary sanitation protocols and complete the procedures detailed above.
Staff will have their temperature screened to guarantee a temperature of 100.4 or lower (in accordance with CDC recommendations) to ensure our team is well and ready for your service.
