LATE ARRIVAL POLICY

  We request that you arrive 5-10 minutes prior to your appointment time, this way you're not rushing and stressed out and you're appointment may begin on time. We understand that issues can arise that may cause you to be late for your appointment. However, we ask that you call to verbally inform us if this ever occurs so we can do our best to accommodate you. 

Appointment times are reserved for each client, so oftentimes we cannot exceed that reserved time without making the next client late. For this reason, arriving after your appointment time may result in a loss of time from your massage so that your session ends at the scheduled time. Full-length service fees will be charged even when sessions are shortened due to late arrivals.

 In return, we will do our best to be on time, and if we are unable to do so we will add time to your session to make up for our late arrival or adjust the service charge accordingly.

 If you show up late to your appointment, unfortunately, that time will be deducted from the overall amount of time of the massage duration.. If you're more than 15 minutes late without directly calling us, your appointment will be forfeited/canceled, and you will be considered a no-call/no-show according to our cancellation policy and be charged 100% of the retail services that you scheduled. If you know you're going to be late, the best thing to do is call us and if possible,  keep your existing appointment with little to no loss of time to your massage, we will do our best to work with you. We do not prorate massages or services, so in the event, you're running late and know you're going to be 5  minutes or more late call us to let us know you're coming still and we will do our best to work with you to salvage the remaining time left of your scheduled appointment.

If we're fully booked, and unable to complete the full-length service you scheduled in the amount of remaining time after your late arrival, your appointment could potentially be canceled altogether with the possibility of rescheduling at no penalty/cancellation charge depending on the circumstance. We cannot and will not penalize another client by reducing their appointment time because you arrived late to your scheduled appointment.
