IF YOU CANCEL DUE TO COVID/COVID RELATED SYMPTOMS, WE WILL REQUIRE A COVID TEST SHOWING YOU ARE COVID NEGATIVE WITH A DATE AND TIME STAMP OF NO LESS THAN 24 HOURS, BUT NO MORE THAN 48 HOURS BEFORE YOUR RESCHEDULED APPOINTMENT OR YOU WILL NOT BE SEEN. WE APOLOGIZE TO ANYONE FOR THE INCONVENIENCE THIS MAY CAUSE YOU.
IF YOU CALL LESS THAN 48 HOURS BEFORE YOUR SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT TO CANCEL, ESPECIALLY LESS THAN 4 HOURS PRIOR TO YOUR APPOINTMENT, YOU WILL BE CHARGED 100% OF THE RETAIL PRICE OF THE SERVICES YOU BOOKED.
AS OF 8/1/21, ANYONE scheduling an appointment must place a valid non-prepaid debit or credit card on file to ensure and guarantee the date and time of your appointment.
THIS POLICY IS TRANSPARENT. YOUR CARD ON FILE WILL NOT BE CHARGED UNLESS YOU "NO CALL/NO SHOW" to the appointment you scheduled or you breach the cancellation policy. We understand stuff happens—projects at work pop up, kids get sick, and tires go flat. Most people respect the policy after a gentle reminder and tend not to have frequent last-minute conflicts or cancellations arise. However, we've found that routinely not charging for late cancellations sets a precedent some people end up taking advantage of, and we've noticed a trend where the people who cancel late or no-show tend to be chronic offenders.
. We respectfully ask that you provide us with at least 48 hours notice of any schedule changes or cancellation requests. When you cancel or miss your appointment without providing a 48-hour notice, we are often unable to fill that appointment time. A 100% retail charge of booked service/s will be made for all no-shows and last-minute cancellations made 4 hours or less before an appointment. This is an inconvenience to your therapist and also causes other clients that truly need services to miss the opportunity to receive services they truly depend on. If you're an "Executive Package holder", you will forfeit 1 massage from your prepaid package. We understand that emergencies can arise, and illnesses do occur at inopportune times. If you have a fever, a known infection, or have experienced vomiting or diarrhea within 24 hours prior to your appointment time, we kindly request that you cancel your session. Inclement weather may also result in the need for late cancellations. We will do our best to give advance notice if we are closing unexpectedly due to bad weather and we ask you to do the same. We ask you, as well as our therapists not to risk your own safety trying to make your appointment. Late cancellations due to medical or family emergencies, or inclement weather will generally not result in any missed session charges, but this is determined on a case-by-case basis.
